WHO ARE WE?

We are two retired professionals who are free of career responsibilites and who now have ample opportunities to explore new locations and begin new adventures. While we provide a much-needed service to those of you who want responsible caretakers for your own hearth and home, our life-long interest in travel can be satisfied.


WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?

We will offer you peace of mind while you are on a business trip, vacation, or extended stay away from your home. Because we are frequent travelers as well as homeowners, we know how important it is to be welcomed home by a house or apartment that has been lovingly cared for in your absence. We'll make sure that your space is just the way you left it.

WE WILL

**Provide security by our presence; we will stay in your home each night unless otherwise prearranged with you
**Take care of animals if you have them and provide companionship while you are away
**Water plants and perform other non-professional landscaping chores
**Obtain needed household repairs in an emergency
**Collect mail and take messages
**Respect your privacy
**Update you on regular intervals via email or telephone

Every situation is unique and there are details which can be worked out ahead of time.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US

**Contact us with plenty of lead time
**Provide a list of contacts and numbers where you, your vet, or others important to the security of your home and to your peace of mind can be reached
**Make list of responsibilities that we need to discuss in advance of our mutual agreement. The more we know, the happier you and we will be in order to insure success.
**Provide internet capability so we can stay in touch.
**Prepay utilities and bills prior to departure or make arrangements for them to be paid while you are away
**Review your home-owners insurance policy
